Clinical Manager
Reports To: Clinical Director
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Primary Function:
Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Manager, where you will lead clinicians, interns, and team members to deliver client-centered, high-quality care, ensuring a healthy treatment community and a strong organizational culture.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Oversee outpatient groups, day programming, and evening IOP groups, aiming to meet key metrics including AMA rates, graduation rates, length of stay, and group attendance.
- Collaborate with the admissions team for preadmissions screenings and intake scheduling.
- Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments and develop treatment plans incorporating multidisciplinary input.
- Deliver individual and group counseling utilizing evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
- Communicate consistently with clients' families and other stakeholders throughout treatment.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards.
- Support client outcomes through effective collaboration with medical personnel.
- Maintain 50%-75% client-facing time, depending on census and staff needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervise the office manager and clinical team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide growth-focused supervision to clinical staff and interns.
- Implement policies that reflect organizational values.
- Manage group schedules, assign caseloads, and address daily clinical challenges.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Skilled in individual and group treatment, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions.
- Minimum of two years of freedom from chemical use issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years in chemical dependency/mental health counseling, including supervision.
- Group counseling, crisis intervention, and client evaluation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields.
- Active licensure in Colorado (e.g., LPCC, LAC, CAS, LPC, LMFT, MSW) without limitations.

- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication, initiative, and resourcefulness.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to punctuality and deadlines.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Office and clinical setting requiring prolonged periods of sitting.
- Occasional movement to access equipment or files.
Other Information:
- Minimal travel required.
- Company-provided laptop.
