Position Description: 

The Manager, Regional Facilities is responsible for facilitating infrastructure improvements within the distribution network. This work includes, but is not limited to, managing the overall provider network within the region, coordinating preventive maintenance on warehousing equipment (HVAC, Material Handling Fleet and others as assigned), assisting with and managing to budget spends in occupancy and warehouse equipment categories, serving as key POC for all Tenant Improvement work between internal teams. The Manger, Regional Facilities can work independently, operate at a high level and be accountable to established timelines to meet operational needs.

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Manages at least 1 full-time direct report and ensures effective hiring, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, staff productivity and performance management to include disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
• Supports the distribution network in designated region to facilitate all infrastructure repair and improvement requests; travels to locations within designated region to support business needs.
• Plans, organizes, staffs, and directs the day-to-day operations of the department; may assist in training of new maintenance team members.
• Develops and manages the department budget, ensures compliance, and addresses variances and other budget concerns.
• Develops and implements preventative maintenance programs, partnering with field and regional leaders to address day-to-day facility needs promptly and effectively.
• Manages third-party maintenance and services provider network, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and ensuring high quality/best price.
• Develops metrics and tracks trends in KPIs for warehouses and occupancy expenses.
• Proposes, collaborates with leaders and executes new initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
• Holds field leaders accountable to federal, state, company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the prioritization of work orders, and uses necessary software and resources to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensures established safety procedures are followed to ensure a safe workplace
• Applies expertise in one or more of the following fields: Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, Networking, HVAC, Facility Maintenance, Engineering Installation Software, Automation & Robotics and PLC controls.
