We are looking for a concrete lead finisher to be part of the best team. The Lead Concrete Finisher will be responsible for enabling the completion of jobs in a timely manner by scheduling and overseeing the work crew, ensuring equipment and materials are enough, repairing and maintaining equipment, training crews and assisting with special projects as assigned. This position will also be responsible for smoothing out, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete at job or construction sites. Must have reliable transportation. This is a seasonal job. Interviews will begin in February 2025.

Required Experience:
- Work with the scheduling department daily paperwork, cost control and to coordinate all resources needed to complete like; loads, suppliers, equipment etc.
- Resolving all problems that may affect project quality and completion.
- Consulting blueprints, drawings, and plans to ensure that concrete structures are accurately placed and installed.
- Delegating tasks to concrete crew laborers and providing overall guidance.
- Maintaining accurate records of the number of hours worked and the number of materials used for each project.
- Smooth out concrete in segments to ensure the concrete poured is level.
- Fill roadways, driveways, sidewalks, bridges, homes, and parking lots.
- Arrange the concrete forms.
- Spread concrete.
- Prepare surface with hammer and chose.
- Rub cement in with sponge-rubber float or burlap.
- Level it uses special blades, making sure all lumps and bubbles are smoothed over.
- Use wood or plastic forms to shape the concrete and hold it until it is set.
