What We Are Looking For :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Program Manager to oversee the configuration, development, and launch of our annuity products onto our digital platforms. This role requires deep analytical capabilities with strong project management skills to drive effective and timely delivery of key initiatives. Experience with launching financial or compliance related updates on digital platforms is preferred, but not required. This role will offer a blend of traditional project / program management, while supporting agile development practices. This role reports to the Director, Digital Product Management and is required to be onsite 3 days a week at our Durham, NC headquarters.
What You Will Do :
- Program Management : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of annuity product launches and compliance updates across digital platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product development, compliance, engineering, and testing teams to define end to end roadmaps and dependencies.
- Release Planning and Management : Oversee the development of new annuity products and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Digital Compliance Delivery : Support internal compliance teams in translating regulatory updates into technical requirements and coordinating the timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Process Improvement : Identify areas for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline project workflows.
- Risk Management : Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
