POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager of Inside Sales will oversee all aspects of the company’s remote/virtual sales (“Inside Sales”) activities with the objective of directly and indirectly driving incremental sales of Aspira’s products. This includes original sales to new and existing ordering healthcare providers in areas where there is no established field sales territory. This also includes supporting Market Development Managers personnel in the maintenance of established relationships, allowing for additional green space activities in established territories.
Initially, the Manager of Inside Sales will be responsible for assisting executive leadership in the design of the inside sales strategy. Once established, the Manager of Inside Sales will execute that strategy under the supervision of the Senior Manager of Sales Operations. S/he will be required to provide periodic updates to leadership regarding progress against the established strategy.
The Manager of Inside Sales will play a critical role in communicating and monitoring customer billing and service concerns, as applicable, to/with the Manager of Revenue Cycle Management and the Manager of Customer Experience. S/he will utilize their unique view into the healthcare provider ecosystem to assist commercial and executive leadership in the identification of trends and improvement opportunities for the improvement of patient care.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Design and implement the Inside Sales program strategy in partnership with executive leadership.
- Build a scalable, performance-driven team by identifying, training, and coaching Inside Sales Representatives.
- Establish and monitor sales quotas, call volume metrics, and conversion goals for the Inside Sales team; track and report performance regularly to leadership.
- Develop and refine call scripts, messaging frameworks, and outreach cadences to support new customer acquisition and retention.
- Execute and manage outbound calling campaigns to healthcare providers in white space regions to drive awareness, education, and product adoption.
- Collaborate with Field Sales to support green space expansion and maintain continuity in provider relationships.
- Handle inbound inquiries and refer providers to the correct department (Sales, Customer Service, Medical Affairs, etc.) as appropriate.
- Conduct routine follow-ups with accounts to assess satisfaction, uncover new opportunities, and gather feedback.
- Assist in sales forecasting and quarterly planning in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Provide input on sales incentive plans and contribute to the calculation of Inside and Field Sales compensation.
- Establish goals, KPIs, and budgetary planning for the Inside Sales function
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5 years of proven success in sales/customer service.
- Evidence of progressive experience in the healthcare industry.
