Your Future Team
Our [INSERT CITY HERE] office is seeking a Core Program Manager I to provide oversight of program(s) budget, strategic planning, reporting, direct care staff and the provision of quality services in our local foster care and adoption program. Aspiranet’s programs offer services that are client-centered, trauma-informed, and reflective of best practice standards in the field. Your Impact
Aspiranet’s foster care and adoption agency has been a leader in providing services to children and families in California for over 35 years. Aspiranet strives to connect children to safe, caring relationships that can last a lifetime. We prepare and approve skilled and caring parents; guiding them in becoming a healing resource to the children in their care. We work in partnership with our families by providing ongoing support, training and monitoring until children are able to reunify with their families. When returning home is not an option, we partner with children and families to develop a plan for life long connections that may include adoption. Your Skills and Duties
- Manages program to budget, regulatory and funder standards.
- Provides day to day direction and supervision of direct care staff.
- Coordinates and oversees service delivery to best practice standards.
- Recruits, hires, orients, trains, supervises and develops direct reports per agency guidelines.
Education & Work Experience
- Masters Degree in a related field and a minimum of one year prior management experience
- Three years of full-time social worker or casework in the field of family or child welfare services
Licenses & Certifications
- Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by funder and regulatory body; i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index Clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL and clean driving record.
- Meets all compliance requirements of federal, state, and country regulations by periodic sanction checks.
