Client Services Representative (Behavioral Health)

Job Description

Pure Recovery California is residential treatment center for professional athletes. Ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills committed to excellence. Experience in hospitality industry is a plus! Must be at least 26 years old and have a clean driving record.

The Client Services position provides outstanding customer service, assists clients with admission and discharge processes and accommodates clients during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner. Client Services ensures the well-being of clients and integrity of the program. Provides client supervision and staff/unit support as assigned.

Shifts Available: Monday - Sunday, 7am-3:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm

Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

· Welcomes new clients and visitors

· Assist clients with checking in, room changes, etc

· Conducts property searches of clients as required by program standards; upon intake and as recommended by treatment team.

· Assists in conducting room searches to search for contraband.

· Provides client transportation to appointments and airport runs

· Acts a a liaison between client and staff

· Attends in-service trainings and all required staff meetings.

· 30 minute rounds and document where client is.

· Assist in light housekeeping and assisting chefs when needed.

· Room checks for cleanliness, safety and overall presentation.

· Assist with client scheduling and weekend activities

· Organization of gym, keeping is clean, safe and tidy

· Office (garage) area cleanliness, organized, stocked and maintain safety (keys locked, knives locked, walkways clear, etc.)

· Outside cleanliness (Cig butts, trash on ground, overflow of trash cans)

· Maintaining front of the house and back patio cleanliness

· Other duties assigned

Experience/Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience in behavioral or healthcare preferred
• 1 year mental health and substance abuse experience preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
