Aspire365 Master’s Level Clinical Internship
Part Time – Intern Position (Telehealth)
12 - 24 hours per week. Late afternoon/evening availability required. Opportunity for flexibility.
Aspire365 is actively seeking interns to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This internship offers exposure to various micro and macro social work practices, including case management, assessment, intervention planning, group facilitation, research and advocacy. Interns will assist in providing direct support to clients, participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, and learn essential skills in clinical documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities:
● Complete intake Biopsychosocial Assessments.
● Develop skills in conducting Continued Stay Reviews for extended service authorizations from insurance companies.
● Co-lead group therapy sessions.
● Conduct research.
● Present clinical information to case managers for training purposes.
● Shadow staff across departments.
● Provide direct therapy services to clients (for one-year term interns).

Qualifications:
● Currently enrolled in a Master’s or higher-level program in Social Work or Clinical
Psychology.
● Proficiency in using software tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Office.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills.
● Demonstrates a growth mindset and sensitivity to cultural diversity.
● Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
● Strong collaboration skills.
● Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
● Outstanding time management skills and organizational skills.

Hybrid. Office location is in Sandy, UT.
