Therapist - Residential Treatment Center

Salary - Starts at $65,000 per year
Sign On Bonus - $5,000
Work Schedule - On site work required w/ caseload schedule flexibility

Copper Hills Youth Center, located in West Jordan, Utah, is a residential treatment facility (behavioral health care) serving male and female 12-17 year olds who have been diagnosed with psychiatric disorders. Behavioral therapists are part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team and have strong clinical support and supervision. Therapists perform the following:
- Facilitation of weekly individual and family sessions
- Development of master treatment plans, including monthly updates
- Completion of psychosocial assessments and other clinical assessments
- Timely completion of progress notes, documenting thoroughly for utilization reviews
- Engagement and involvement in the therapeutic milieu and other department
Qualifications
Your Qualifications will include:
- Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical or counseling psychology or other recognized mental health field
- Must be currently licensed in the State of Utah or license eligible
- Must be able to pass a thorough criminal history background check and drug screen
