Aspire Bakeries is a dynamic and growing food manufacturing dedicated to fostering a positive workplace and culture. Our HR team plays a vital role in talent engagement, training and compliance. We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in HR function.
Responsibilities :
- Support Bakery HR with onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
- Assist with new hire training and onboarding process
- Assist with special projects related to HR compliance
- Support with people analytics related to bakery and central services associates
- Support with consolidating data related to pulse surveys and engagement
- Address employee inquiries and provide general administrative support
- Conduct research on HR trends, labor laws, and best practices
- Assist with round table meetings, event coordination and fun committees
