Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for helping others?
We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Aspire Caregiving, a leading in-home caregiving agency serving the Eugene area. If you have Experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of success, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new business and build lasting client relationships
- Work with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, and social workers, to generate leads and referrals
- Manage an active pipeline of prospects and nurture relationships to convert them into clients
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Represent the agency at local events, community groups, and business meetings to promote our services
- Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure smooth transitions and excellent client service
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in B2B sales with a track record of success (top 20% in your previous roles)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to manage time effectively
- Healthcare background is a plus, but not required
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
