Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Lead Caregiver to join our team. As a Lead, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our clients and ensuring their well-being. This position requires flexibility, as you will be responsible for filling in last-minute open care visits based on client needs. You must be available on an on-call basis during your specified availability, providing a valuable service to our clients whenever required. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with guaranteed hours (based on # of days available) and full mileage reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
- Fill in last-minute open care visits based on client needs
- Provide excellent care and support to clients in their homes
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion in all interactions
- Assist in training and mentoring other caregivers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care management team
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience
- Flexibility to work on an on-call basis during specified availability
- Availability for a minimum of 12 hours a day
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and prioritize tasks
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Should have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and current car insurance
