URGENT- Full Time High Skill Female Lead Caregiver

Job Description: We are seeking a Lead Home Caregiver to join our team at Aspire Caregiving. The Lead Home Caregiver will be responsible for fulfilling on-call visits, training other caregivers, working as a team player, and being okay with a changing schedule (the clients you will see will change). This is a full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours of work each week. The candidate must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience and 5 days of open availability, including weekends. The candidate must also have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill on-call visits for our clients as needed
• Train and mentor other caregivers in providing compassionate and transformational care
• Work as a team player to ensure the best possible care for our clients
• Be flexible and okay with a changing schedule
• Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with the care team
• Provide personal care, medication management, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• 5 days of open availability including weekend days
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
