About the Role
The Outreach and Admissions Manager is responsible for leading Aspire’s intake and admissions processes and executing strategic outreach efforts that grow our census and referral networks. This role combines leadership, relationship management, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure Aspire is the provider of choice for individuals with disabilities and their families.
You’ll be out in the community, building referral pipelines, guiding families through the intake journey, and aligning efforts across marketing, services, and operations to fuel growth and create access to services that transform lives.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Team Leadership
- Supervise and support the Outreach and Admissions team
- Ensure performance goals are met for lead generation and census growth
- Promote professional development and accountability within the team
Outreach Strategy & Relationship Building
- Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to attract new referrals
- Build long-term relationships with hospitals, schools, social workers, religious groups, and community organizations
- Collaborate with Marketing and service teams to align messaging and maximize campaign impac
Admissions Oversight
- Manage the intake and admissions process from inquiry to onboarding
- Coordinate tours, interviews, and application review for prospective program participants
- Submit and track funding applications with all required documentation
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison for families, caseworkers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure families feel supported and informed throughout the intake journey
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create a seamless onboarding experience
Performance Reporting & Process Improvement
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach, referrals, and admissions
- Provide insights to senior leadership and refine outreach strategies based on data trends
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and participant satisfaction

Requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, marketing, business, or related field
- 3 years of supervisory experience in outreach, sales, admissions, or client relations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success in outreach strategy and referral generation
- Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate across diverse teams
- Excellent organization, time management, and data tracking skills
- Willingness to work in person at various Aspire and community locations at least 3 days/week
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Preferred:
- Experience in disability services or human services
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of market trends, industry landscape, and regulatory frameworks
- Flexible, responsive, and solutions-oriented approach

Salary : $63,000 - $67,000
