Job Summary:
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team, who will support our existing Behavior Consultants while receiving BACB supervision for both direct and indirect hours. This role is responsible for providing some 1:1 direct service to clients, assisting the Training Director, and supporting up to four BCBAs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 direct service as a BHT for a small caseload (approx. 15 hours per week), including behavior plan implementation, data collection, and progress documentation.
- Assist the Training Director with new hire orientation and ongoing training efforts.
- Support up to four BCBAs with case oversight, behavior plan development, data analysis, and clinical needs.
- Keep records, according to requirements of the BACB, of supervision hours and covered topics.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in or have completed a master's degree in ABA.
- At least one year of experience working in the field of ABA.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and organizational abilities.
- Able to provide positive and coaching feedback.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Knowledge of the philosophy and mission of the organization.
- Must have an automobile, current driver's license, and clear driving record check.
