Aspire is seeking a Program Coordinator who will support our existing Behavior Consultants while receiving Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) supervision for both direct and indirect hours. This role is responsible for providing some 1 : 1 direct service to clients, assisting the Training Director, and supporting up to four BCBAs.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Provide 1 : 1 direct service as a BHT for a small caseload (approx. 15 hours per week). This includes behavior plan implementation (both behavior reduction strategies and skill acquisition programming), data collection, and documenting progress.
- Assist the Training Director with new hire orientation and ongoing training efforts.
- Support up to four BCBAs with oversite of cases, behavior plan development, data analysis, behavior plan modification, assessments, treatment plan writing, and / or other clinical needs.
- Provide additional oversite and training, as needed, to BHTs who need more support in the field.
- Maintain knowledge of current Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) research and BACB task list items.
- Keep records, according to requirements of the BACB, of supervision hours and covered topics.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements :
Travel : This position may require up to 75% travel. Aspire CFS headquarters is located in Huntingdon Valley PA, but clients are in Eastern Montgomery County and / or Bucks County.
