Job Summary
Aspire is looking for a Program Coordinator who will support our Behavior Consultants while receiving BACB supervision. This role involves providing direct service, assisting the Training Director, and supporting up to four BCBAs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 direct service as a BHT for a small caseload (approx. 15 hours per week), including behavior plan implementation, data collection, and documenting progress.
- Assist the Training Director with new hire orientation and ongoing training efforts.
- Support up to four BCBAs with oversight of cases, behavior plan development, data analysis, and other clinical needs.
- Provide additional oversight and training to BHTs who need more support in the field.
- Maintain knowledge of current Applied Behavior Analysis research and BACB task list items.
- Keep records of supervision hours and covered topics, according to BACB requirements.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed master's degree in ABA.
- At least one year of experience working in the field of ABA.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented individual.
- Ability to provide positive and coaching feedback.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Familiarity with the philosophy and mission of Aspire Child & Family Services.
- Able to travel up to 75% within an assigned territory.
