Role Overview :
Could you be our next Project Coordinator ? Globe Life is looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join the team!
In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Creative Marketing department by coordinating and implementing impactful marketing campaigns, alongside managing day-to-day marketing tasks and projects. The ability to multi-task while maintaining a high attention to detail is crucial to be successful in this position.
This is an onsite position located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
What You Will Do :
- Engage with diverse Marketing teams, overseeing and efficiently prioritizing multiple direct mail projects simultaneously.
- Execute detailed coordination of print materials, managing both web and laser printing processes.
- Provide clear instructions to bindery and lettershop teams, ensuring the proper handling of mail materials.
- Collaborate daily with the high-volume prepress department, addressing print production demands effectively.
- Proofread, edit, and grant final approval for all materials, ensuring content accuracy.
- Maintain strict daily and weekly deadlines to uphold project timelines.
- Collaborate effectively with the graphic design team, relaying instructions, managing changes, and conducting final reviews.
- Outline data instructions for the imaging software team, ensuring accurate implementation.
- Maintain job history for each project, tracking its journey from inception to final output.
