Human Resource Coordinator (HRC)
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Coordinator to join our team at Aspire Health Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our employees and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Perform human resources and payroll processing related functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy interpretation and implementation, recruitment and employment, labor relations and employment law compliance.
- Payroll Processing: Process employee payroll and benefits on a regularly scheduled basis in a timely manner.
- Employee Support: Provide information and consultation regarding employment issues and HR policies. Respond to employee inquiries concerning their payroll file.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Health Care Management preferred.
- Experience: At least two years of experience as an HR/Payroll Administrator; one year of experience with recruitment and retention preferred.
- Skills: Working knowledge of payroll processing, administrative practices and procedures, and laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to employment, wage and hour, and labor relations.
