Job Purpose : As a Licensed Therapist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions regarding the therapy sessions in an adult outpatient setting.
Job Functions
- Facilitating group and individual therapy.
- Providing counseling and supporting to caseload of assigned clients.
- Meeting productivity requirements.
- Developing individual treatment plans.
- Performing assessments and assuming responsibility for recording maintenance, such as progress notes.
- Learning various agency and department computer programs.
- Providing supportive counseling and crisis intervention.
- Enhancing job performance through required agency training and education.
- Utilizing required technology to efficiently complete documents, scheduling, reviewing and signing clinical documentation and assessing and carrying out Baker Act / 52 as necessary.
- Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
