HR Benefits Specialist
Payrate: $18/hour
Remote work is not offered for this position.
The HR Benefits Specialist is responsible for overseeing the employee benefits and the DATIS E3 HR program at Aspire Health Partners.
- Process all type of payroll changes (terminations, new hires, promotions, etc.).
- Process all benefits enrollments for all eligible staff monthly.
- Provide assistance to staff on any Benefits questions or matters.
- Keep all benefits changes documented to maintain compliance with our plan regulations.
- Responsible for maintaining ACA compliance and audits, send letters to eligible staff every month and keep copies for our records.
- Back up for all Benefits, WC & FMLA areas.
Requirements:
- Level II Background clearance
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire's insurance company.
- Associates or bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration preferred.
Qualifications Preferred:
One year of experience in HR insurance benefits, Workers' Compensation and on an payroll/human resources software program, such as ADP.
- Must be able to be computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Four (4) years of experience in a mid or large size employer human resources' department can consider in lieu of degree.
