Overview:
Aspire Housekeeping is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in Airbnb cleaning or similar residential cleaning positions. This is a W-2 employee position with comprehensive benefits.
Duties:
- Perform thorough housekeeping of residential and vacation homes (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and more)
- Perform onsite or nearby offsite laundry services (washing, drying, folding, and installing/removing linens)
- Follow company cleaning procedures and checklists for each location
- Safely handle all company cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintain client confidentiality and security
- Communicate professionally with clients and management
- Track time accurately through company systems
- Report low supplies such as toiletries and linens
- Report any safety hazards or concerns promptly
- Use only company-approved cleaning products and equipment
- Report any damaged items to management immediately
- Handle client keys and security codes with utmost care
- Transport supplies and equipment safely between job sites
- Document completed work with photographs as required
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and social security card (copy is required to be hired)
- Willingness to fill out required onboarding forms and contracts
- Personal transportation to service Twin Peaks, Crestline, and surrounding areas
- Ability to navigate challenging weather conditions (snow, ice, rain) and chain requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping, custodial, or janitorial roles (residential/Airbnb experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management with ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Availability to accept assignments with 12-24 hours notice
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to document completed work with photographs (required for payment)
- Consistent reliability in meeting deadlines and attending scheduled jobs

Hours & Scheduling:
- Part-time positions available
- Various shifts available including weekends and holidays

Pay & Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rates based on experience and qualifications
- Overtime pay in accordance with California law:
- 1.5× regular rate for hours over 8 in a workday
- 1.5× regular rate for hours over 40 in a workweek
- Double time for hours over 12 in a workday
- Weekly pay schedule (every Thursday)
