We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. Duties
- Perform regular cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques.
- Handle dry cleaning items with care, ensuring proper procedures are followed for delicate fabrics.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure all laundry is sorted, washed, dried, folded, and stored properly.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and standards is a plus.
- Knowledge of laundering techniques, including dry cleaning processes, is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
