What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Coordinator (part-time) position at Aspire Medical Spa?
Aspire Medical Spa is looking for a professional, part-time front of house team member seeking to further their skills within a fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience working in an office setting and wants to grow their organization and communication skills. We are a close knit team that always strives to set our teammates up for success through communication and follow through.
Duties include:
- Understand all treatments and products that Aspire offers and answer patients’ questions regarding these treatments.
- Listen to patient skincare concerns and recommend appropriate treatments/products
- Recommend add ons and additional treatments to patients
- Talk to patients about our memberships and how it supports their skincare/wellness goals
- Assist treatment providers in selling product
- Provide excellent communication between patients/management/treatment providers/co-workers
- Remind patients of appointments via call/text
- Uphold patient policies and procedures with best judgment
- Keep things running smoothly
- Promptly respond to all emails in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Manage the providers books
Days needed: Friday, Saturday (10-20 hours/week)
Hourly: $17-$20 depending on experience.
