Expectations :
- 6 8 years of Business development skills
- Experienced Hunter with the understanding of the overall sales cycle and preferably having own new logos consistently year on year
- Experienced in selling to Banking and Financial Services domain especially in US
- Experience in selling Digital Transformation projects in BFS
- Should have built the core contacts and networks within BFS Sector
- Understanding of the clear sub sect within BFS
- Experience in managing the new logos and created a growth of more than 5075% in the second year and further Having a track record of Upselling and CrossSelling
- Have used extensively any of the sales tracking tools Sugar CRM or Sales Force or others
- Willing to travel extensively across US
- Experience in understanding and selling overall IT services skills
- Excellent Communication skills
