Aspire is looking for a dynamic and adventurous Traveling Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role involves traveling weekly to live events, capturing engaging content, and promoting multiple internal and personal brands across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, expertise in content creation, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel weekly to live events to capture and create various on-site content
- Develop and execute content strategies to maximize audience engagement and reach
- Capture high-quality photos, videos, and live streams at events to showcase the experience and promote the brands
- Create and edit compelling social media posts, including captions, graphics, and videos tailored to different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Interact with owners, talent, and audiences through social media platforms
- Collaborate with various internal and external teams to enhance content opportunities
- Monitor trends and innovations in social media to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
- Analyze the performance of posts and campaigns,
- Provide innovative ideas, insight, and recommendations for content improvements
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
- Manage various equipment and tools needed for content creation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Videographer, or a related role
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent storytelling and creative writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Travel weekly and adapt to varying schedules, including weekends and evenings
- Comfortable working in different environments and locations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism
Compensation:
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
