Responsibilities
- Perform sanitation and janitorial operations for Aspire facilities and grounds
- Responsible for daily deep cleaning and stocking of restrooms
- Patrol all locations of Aspire including but not limited to facilities, grounds, playgrounds, bike course, trails, greenway, and parking areas ensuring litter and debris pickup
- Perform trash runs changing bags in trash receptacles throughout Aspire
- Deep clean and sanitize Aspire amenities included by not limited to trash receptacles, benches, picnic tables, drinking fountains, gates, signage, etc. using power-washer equipment
- Inspect and restock dog-bag dispensers
- Perform sanitation and janitorial supply inventory
- Perform all other assigned job-related duties as needed
Requirements and skills
- Experience performing sanitation and janitorial related operations
- Experience conducting supply inventory
- Experience safely operating vehicles, utility vehicles, and other equipment as needed
- Experience safely handing various chemicals and cleaning solutions
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Required to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
