We are seeking an Organizational Learning and Development Specialist at Aspirus Corporate Office in Wausau, WI to join our team. This position has the opportunity to work from home but will be required to work in the office as needed. The Organizational Learning and Development Specialist supports the Aspirus System in the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of employee training and education. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for supporting change management and leadership development across the organization.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training, Business, or related field.
- Five years’ experience facilitating/developing training.
- Experience in project management and implementing programs across a wide employee base and multiple locations
- Five years’ experience in a Human Resources related field (e.g., recruiting, compliance, employee relations).
- Experience in administering leadership and/or personality assessments.
Hours: Monday-Friday, normal business hours
