We are seeking a REGIONAL LABORATORY DIRECTOR for Aspirus at our Southern WI hospitals - Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital, Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital, and Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital. The Director - Regional Laboratory Services plans, directs and oversees activities, programs, and services for their responsible departments.
This position :
- Develops and secures approval of goals and objectives for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Develops and implements plans and budgets necessary to achieve goals.
- Seeks and consults with other functions to ensure effective and efficient coordination of efforts.
- May work through subordinate managers and / or supervisors in overseeing and directing the work of supervisory and non-supervisory employees.
- Monitors changes in the regulatory requirements that impact policies and / or operations, approves all policies and procedures for the functional area and evaluates results achieved.
- Makes decisions that impact business plans, strategic goals and financial results.

Hours : This position is Full Time, 1.0 FTE, or 80 hours per week
