Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a DIRECTOR- SYSTEM LABORATORY SERVICES to join our REGIONAL MARKETS team!
The Director – System Laboratory is accountable for ensuring high quality, cost-effective laboratory services are provided by Aspirus Health. This is accomplished through strategic guidance and collaboration with key stakeholders including executives and leaders from across the system. Leads functional initiatives and activities to promote quality, growth and service in alignment with system strategy.
HOURS: 1.0 FTE
Experience/Qualifications
- Knowledge of standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical field.
- Master’s Degree in Business or a health-related field strongly preferred.
- Possesses and maintains active Medical Laboratory Scientist certification or Medical Laboratory Technologist certification.
- A minimum of five years’ management experience as director or manager of laboratory.
