MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

We are currently seeking a MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST for our Aspirus Divine Savior Wellness Center located in Portage, WI. Duties include:

• Greets, registers, and assists patients professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
• Efficiently schedules patient appointments according to established parameters as defined by office policy and procedure.
• Obtains and maintains complete and accurate registration records.
• Courteously answers all phone calls, providing routine information to callers and transfers calls to appropriate individual.

Experience/Qualifications/Licensure

• Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer experience and basic computer keyboarding skills required.
• One year of business office, customer service or healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology desirable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.

Hours: This position is Full Time; 1.0 FTE or hours as needed per two weeks pay period. Day only.
