Senior Project Manager - Electrical / Renewable Energy
A Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) with Asplundh Engineering Services will be responsible for overseeing, supervising, and coordinating the management of specific project tasks. They will coordinate assigned activities with other divisions, outside consultants / vendors agencies, and the general public. This position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring 3-5 days per week at client sites within assigned regional locations as projects demand.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple projects with varying team members
- Work with Clients, Business Development Staff, Managers and Engineers to coordinate project designs
- Work with existing clients and new prospects to identify business opportunities
- Prepare engineering, equipment and EPC proposals and fee estimates
- Prepare management reports for internal and external use
- Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and personnel
- Provide technical insight for alternate solutions to projects and project execution
- Utilize basic engineering principles and practical design solutions for scope development
- Quality control of projects managed and peer review if required
- Manage billing of projects and coordinate with AP / AR
- Time management to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Work with sub-consultant(s) to coordinate trades
- Attend job meetings & coordinate activities as required
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Complete and submit weekly paperwork (e.g. Timesheets, Expense Reports, etc.)
