About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Food Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-years experience in an industrial food manufacturing/production environment supervising union employees. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices is required.
- Supervising approximately 30-40 hourly employees in a unionized setting.
- Meeting or exceeding standard production rates while maintaining compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards.
- Leading assigned teams in the continuous improvement process.
