Key Role
- Ensure communication is occurring between vendors, customers, ASRC teammates and associated projects
- Experience managing a project in a test environment
- Perform site visits and engage with Technicians, Engineers and Logistics personnel.
- Review and understand the requirements of the assigned project
- Support several Work Plans with the Air Force Research Lab as a Project Manager
- Manage weekly cost and provide required reporting to contract management and customers
- Reviewing all project schedules with meeting milestones in mind
- Monitor ASTROS resource management
- Meet with ASTROS Program team on a regular basis to obtain project status
- Report project successes to contract management
- Experience working as a Project Manager
- Experience in managing project finance
- Demonstrated engineering experience
- Must have great customer service skills and able to communicate the status of project and understand deadlines.
- Must have ability to manage a defined schedule and communicate any deviations
- Report any perceived anomalies immediately
- Must be able to gain access to the customer’s computer networks.
- 8 years of experience in Propulsion Testing or related field
- BA Degree
- Must be a US Citizen to meet government contract requirements
- Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance
- Experience using MS OneNote, Teams and SharePoint
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in managing project finance
