ASRC Federal System Solutions, LLC. (AFSS), a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and project management services for real-time, mission-critical defense systems. AFSS is seeking a Senior Asset Management Analyst in Colorado Springs, CO to support the Ground Based Radar Maintenance and Sustainment Service (GMASS) program.
Key Role:
Establishes and implements hardware and software acquisition, protection, maintenance and retention policies, standards and procedures that align with IT standards and strategy.
Investigates available hardware and software products, evaluates and recommends products based on user requirements.
Coordinates with the procurement function to interview, select and negotiate with hardware and software vendors in order to purchase the appropriate equipment at the lowest cost.
Reviews licenses and/or contracts to ensure that hardware and software equipment is covered by the contract and properly documented.
Required Qualifications:
Technical knowledge of IT systems and experience/knowledge of procument, logistics, and tracking of IT materials and assets
Typical education and experience: Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience.
Active Secret clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and knowledge of the Upgraded Early Warning Radar (UEWR) System and the Perimeter AcquisitionRadar Attach Characterizaiton Systems (PARCS) and their architectures.
Current Security CE.
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
