ASRC Federal is currently seeking qualified Senior Business Systems Analyst candidate to support our Combatant Command Support Agent (CCSA) Technical Support Division customer at 105 Army Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
JOB DUTIES:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst operates independently, collaborating with various levels of end-users, including senior government leaders, to analyze business systems requirements. The role involves creating logical specifications for software application systems that address moderate to complex business problems. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting research to design technical and functional solutions ensuring effective system implementation.
Developing all SSDLC-required documentation, including Project Charters, Project Scopes, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), Project Schedules, Test Cases, Test Plans, Test Scripts, and User Guides.
Preparing briefing materials and presentations.
Conducting peer reviews and evaluating subordinate performance.
Collaborating with technical teams while focusing on analysis, definition, and system design rather than hands-on programming.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Basic Qualifications:
Eight (8) years of experience in information systems projects involving planning, analyzing functional requirements, and deriving automated processes.
Proficiency with MS Project Professional 2013, MS Visio Professional 2013, MS TFS 2015, and MS Office 2013.
Working knowledge of SharePoint 2016 and Adobe Professional XI.
Certifications:
IAM Level II
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Clearance Level:
Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Full-time on-site at the Pentagon.
