Roles/Responsibilities:
Our Talent Acquisition team operates with service level agreements to provide exceptional services to our clients. Expectations for this position will include executing innovative strategies, developing a diverse candidate pool, pre-screening, selecting, and hiring the best candidates for ASRC Federal and its Subsidiaries in a fast paced environment.
In this position you will support Defense and Intel programs.

Position includes some of the following activities:
- Develops sourcing strategies for talented and diverse candidates through creative methods such as job posting, data mining of the internet, on-line databases, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, networking, cold calling, competitor research, career fairs, etc.
- Maintains a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates.
- Experience recruiting within the Federal contract space with proven capability in hiring cleared talent.
- Full-Life Cycle recruitment. Generate a large volume of high quality candidates.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Functions as a strategic business partner with hiring managers to meet and exceed expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure regulatory as well as client specific compliance including OFCCP, DOL, and DCAA.
- Assists with employment advertising campaigns and programs.
- Assists with recruitment planning including staffing metrics and applicant tracking.
- Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.
- Participates in enterprise wide task teams and initiatives.
- Supports/leads proposal efforts with our BD/Capture/Proposal team.
- Assists with contract transitions and incumbent capture.
Requirements:
- Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of technical recruiting experience including Civil Base Engineering, IT, and Cybersecurity talent.
- Experience within the Federal contracting industry.
- Experience recruiting for a federal government contractor and cleared candidates.
- Experience recruiting in the Defense/DOD industry.
- Prior experience supporting proposals including key personnel and supporting contract transitions.
- Must be self driven and able to think big picture and strategically.
- Ability to lead recruiting strategy, utilize, metrics, and drive recruitment marketing plans.
- Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of using staffing tools such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS, electronic job boards and social media. Strong internet mining and sourcing experience with ability to build talent pipelines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws.
- Strong teamwork as well as the ability to work independently. Self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills and a high sense of urgency.
- Experience working in a fast paced, change oriented environment.
- Experience working within a high volume and heavy req load is required.
- Requires initiative, passion and determination to get the job done.
- Must be able to travel.
