Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects throughout targeted areas on the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project success.
- Manage aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, production tracking, cost control, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, including any changes or delays.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
- Mitigate risks by proactively identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all project sites.
- Produce contract performance reports.
- Perform data quality checks and resolve anomalies.
- Ensure compliance with EV guidelines and government policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
- 10 years in the construction industry (Combination of education and work experience acceptable).
- Previous experience as a large projects PM in the construction industry is required.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities to coordinate teams and drive project success.
- Proficiency in project management software for planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
