Position Summary :
Are you ready to take your engineering career to the next level? Join Medeco Security Locks as a Manufacturing Engineer and become a key player in our precision CNC machining environment, dedicated to high-security lock manufacturing. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise and project management skills will shine as you collaborate with various departments to drive innovation and excellence.
What you will be doing :
- Process Champion : Lead the charge in refining our precision CNC machining processes, ensuring top-notch performance and quality in high-security lock manufacturing.
- Equipment Innovator : Spearhead the introduction of cutting-edge CNC machinery, from installation to training our team, ensuring seamless and safe operations.
- Advanced Technology : You’ll work with state of the art Vision-controlled Robotics systems and use our 3D Printing Lab to proto-type solutions.
- Continuous Improvement Leader : Drive projects that reduce costs, enhance quality, and improve delivery times, setting new benchmarks for our precision machining operations.
- Project Steward : Oversee capital projects with a focus on innovation and strategic alignment, contributing to our company's long-term vision.
- Design and Efficiency Expert : Develop and optimize tools, fixtures, and processes to boost productivity and reduce operational costs in our high-security lock manufacturing environment.
- Operational Auditor : Assess our current CNC equipment and tooling, recommending updates or replacements to maintain our competitive edge in manufacturing efficiency.
