Position Summary
The Customer Service Admin completes a variety of tasks and duties critical to the success of the Customer Service department.
Our ideal candidate will bring energy and professionalism to customer interactions, is highly detail oriented, and willing to take on multiple tasks that may differ every day.
Essential Job Functions
- Answer the preferred customer phone line, and route calls accordingly
- Aid in the accurate entry of orders into our ERP system
- Work with Engineering and other departments to set up new item numbers as needed
- Perform routine review of customers and distributors per the ASSA ABLOY export compliance guidelines
- Execute basic customer open order reports as requested
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Analytical, with high attention to detail
- Good organizational skills; ability to use dual monitors and function simultaneously in multiple systems
- Teamwork – works well with other members of the department as well as others in the company
- Ability to be resourceful and flexible as conditions change or while encountering obstacles
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attendance and flexible schedule (Hours 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri)
