What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide oversight, for the development and maintenance of quality systems, programs, processes and procedures
- Support and develop systems for the identification, analysis, correction, and prevention of quality issues
- Maintain system integrity by reviewing procedures for adherence to customer compliance, efficiency and industry best practices
- Ensure all procedures are in place to satisfy customer requirements and audits
- Creation and documentation of quality assurance activities
- Preparation of facility requirements for certification of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001
- Provides excellent customer service
- Manage and facilitate quality documentation system
- Works collaboratively and able to train others on concepts and processes
- Write and implement changes to controlled documents
- Maintains all documentation regarding QMS implementation
- Ensures quality records are controlled
- Experience with root cause analysis
- Product written reports & delivery presentations to provide to applicable stakeholders
- Bachelors degree in business, engineering, quality or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in quality management systems, preferably in an ISO 9001 certified environment
- Spanish fluency would be great
