Talent Acquisition Specialist
ASSA ABLOY Business Segment Perimeter Security (Group brands include Ameristar, B&B Roadway, Jerith & Iron Eagle) is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist . This position's primary responsibility is to identify and develop a credible, diverse pipeline of professionals, skilled employees, and other team members to meet ASSA ABLOY Perimeter Security Segment's ongoing business needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with both Human Resources teams and the company's functional leaders by leveraging ongoing talent acquisition activities, aggressive talent identification and recruiting processes, and creative new initiatives to ensure there is enough talent to meet the larger organization's short- and long-term talent needs.
