Assemblix LLC is now hiring for a Bilingual (Spanish) Onsite HR Representative for the Avon, IN area. This is a day shift schedule working Monday through Friday, 5:30am to 2:30pm (ocasionally you may work until 3:30pm on busier days). Compensation starts at $22.00 per hour and is paid out weekly.
Candidates must be Bilingual in English and Spanish, have experience working with Outlook and Excel, and be customer service orientated. Interested candidates must submit a resume and complete an interview.

Bilingual Onsite HR Representative responsibilities include:
- Assist the Warehouse Management Team in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast moving environment. Responsible for the day to day management of people within the warehouse function, to ensure company's targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements, ensuring that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company’s procedures and requirements.
- Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.
- Coach the team daily in order that a common goal is focused upon and those business objectives are met consistently.
- Drive Company Absence Control Procedures to ensure maximum attendance levels. (Facility holidays, sickness and timekeeping effectively.)
- Embraces personal challenge, confident, rounded thinking, is self-aware, resilient, assertive, optimistic, and open to change is necessary.
- Computer literate with good numeric skills Qualifications and Experience Levels including MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Identifying staff vacancies and reporting attendance for the Assemblix associates on the night shift. Notify Assemblix On-site staff of attendance occurrences, behavior issues, injuries of Assemblix employees, record if new starts arrive, and anything that is noteworthy that occurred during the shift.
- May conduct employee training and orientation, administer benefits program, analyze compensation, and other competitive data.
- Knowledge and understanding of compliance with Federal, State, and local Labor Laws and regulations.
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing employee data, and maintaining accurate and complete employee records.
