Duties Description Responsibilities: • Scheduling meetings and maintaining the Assembly Member’s calendar.• Greet and assist constituents in person, over the phone, and via email.• Manage office correspondence, including drafting letters, responding to emails, and handling mail distribution.• Maintain and organize files, databases, and office records.• Support staff with event planning, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics.• Perform other clerical duties, such as data entry, copying, and ordering office supplies.• Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week, flexible).• $40k - $45k based on experience.
