Assembly is looking for a highly motivated and driven growth marketer leader who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and loves solving unique business challenges. In this role, you will lead our demand generation efforts and drive revenue growth . This is a hands-on role focused on pipeline generation, lead nurturing, and campaign execution . You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to develop and execute an integrated demand generation model that aligns with our go-to-market strategy, quarterly pipeline goals, and yearly marketing budget.
About you :
You are a whiz when it comes to forecasting and budget management. You can analyze and communicate every dollar spent to ensure efficient use of resources.
You are a strategist and you get "stuff" done! You leverage your high trust relationships and collaborate cross departmentally to develop and execute a strategy within the integrated demand generation model. You own your objectives, build end-to-end funnel programs that convert, using data-driven decision making blended with creativity to identify the most effective channels, messaging, value propositions, and calls to action. You focus to continually enhance and optimize conversion rates.
Analytics and reporting are your forte! You develop a collaborative relationship with revenue operations teams to develop and track key metrics. You own the demand funnel analysis and are able to target and diagnose pipeline generation issues and proactively solve them. .
Everyone loves working with you! You bridge gaps and develop strong relationships with sales to drive pipeline growth! You have a proven track record in a demand generation role.
You are a Marketo Maven ! You are an administrator and know the ins and outs of the system. You understand marketing technology (Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, G2, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Asana, MS365, to name a few) and how they talk to one another. You are a project manager at heart.
