Asset Living is seeking a highly skilled Asset Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the maintenance activities of our properties, including common areas and individual units.
Your duties will include scheduling and assigning maintenance tasks to staff members, monitoring inventory levels of equipment and supplies, and ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines and regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records regarding maintenance activities, service requests, and equipment usage.
