What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asset Management Assistant position at Asset Living?
Key Responsibilities
- Taking resident/management requests and creating work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
- Assisting with scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
- Maintaining accurate records regarding service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, preventative maintenance, apartment make-ready status, work in progress, etc.
The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the hazard communications program; teaching and promoting safe work practices. Participating in unit inspections as requested is also part of the job description.
