This includes showing, leasing, and moving in prospective residents, conducting market surveys, maintaining model units, generating new leads, and increasing property traffic and achieving leasing goals. The consultant will also provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness, and project a favorable image of the community.
