Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, including corrective, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance
- Inspecting grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions or liability concerns
- Maintaining accurate records of service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, and preventative maintenance
