Asset Staffing is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant for a long-term contract role in Westchester County, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional telephone support for Managing Directors, including answering calls, taking accurate messages, and knowing their whereabouts at all times.
- Manage calendars for meetings, events, and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and lodging, as well as process expenses associated with travel or client visits.
- Navigate Asset Staffing's resources, interface with various departments to collect information, respond to requests, and obtain services.
- Offer backup support for colleagues during vacation or sick days, and assist with other office needs as required.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and solid organization/time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook for email, calendar, and contacts.
- Concur proficiency is a plus.
- Previous administrative/executive assistant experience.
- Reliability and ability to work from 8am-5pm onsite are essential.
